Our Story
EZCert Consulting was founded on a unique principle: that compliance is not just about meeting requirements — it’s about building stronger, safer businesses.
Our founder, Pauline Woo, brings a rare 360° perspective to food compliance. She spent years leading quality assurance programs inside food processing facilities before serving as an inspector with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
This dual experience — managing compliance from within and enforcing it from the outside — sets EZCert apart. We understand the operational challenges businesses face because we’ve lived them. And we know what regulators demand because we’ve applied those standards ourselves.
